Withdrawal & refunds

Our products are digital downloads that you receive straight after paying.

At checkout you tick a box to confirm that you want immediate delivery and understand that your 14-day right of withdrawal then lapses. That is why we cannot take a download back once it has been made available.

Something wrong with your file?

If a PDF won't open, is incomplete or isn't what we described, email hello@mrspennington.nl (or reply to your order confirmation email). We will fix or replace it, and if we can't, we refund you in full.

Charged but no download?

Check your spam folder first. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email hello@mrspennington.nl with the email address you used, and we'll send your link by hand.
